When I did speak to Jesus, our conversations were very pleasant. However, communication and keeping us updated with status and return returning calls was handled very poorly. I was not able to get a diagnosis until May 6 after showing up in person for answers. We were told we will be able to pick up the car that Friday. I was excited to hear that because the rental car they provided was not enough room for my family (and car seats). I called Friday early afternoon to check status, and Jesus said that we will have to have extend to the end of the month. Luckily the car is ready before then. I would’ve felt better about the whole situation if they would have just kept me in the loop and return calls. More
