Jimmy is so friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and detail-oriented that the entire purchasing process became extremely pleasant. Jimmy responded swiftly to my initial online inquires and made the process so easy. I have been searching the right car for months and made quite a few inquiries online or via phone call. Jimmy’s sales power turns out to be the most efficient and effective, which is the sole reason that Volvo of Charlotte earned my business. There is a small dent/paint peeling on the back of the car. Jimmy promised that he will set up an appointment for us to get it fixed. There is also a pretty strong cigarette smell in the car even after the detailing. After calling Jimmy and Steve, they told me that they will take care of the smell issue during my next visit of fixing the dent. Steve showed a couple of cars to us and helped us set up an appointment to address the dent/paint and smell issue, which are also very helpful.
