I got a very fair deal for a very gently preowned 2016 XC I traveled from Columbia, SC to this Volvo dealership because the prices COULD NOT BE BEAT! I got a very fair deal for a very gently preowned 2016 XC60. Because they purchase vehicles that are rentals or fleet vehicles, the can pass on the savings to the consumer. Aside from an initial test drive, my communication and financial arrangements with the dealership were almost entirely via email. The gentlemen I dealt with were courteous and professional. I am so pleased with this vehicle. It's almost brand new but I didn't pay a new price. If I lived in Charlotte, I would bring my vehicle here for servicing. But I will definitely refer friends in Columbia to this dealership. It is worth the drive! I look forward to many years of Volvo ownership! More

Do not use their service department On two occasions within past three weeks, and with two different Volvos, was told by VOC service department they could do simple service (oil change, On two occasions within past three weeks, and with two different Volvos, was told by VOC service department they could do simple service (oil change, tire rotation, pollen filter). Should have taken a few hours, a day at best. Instead, on both occasions, they tell us towards the end of the day that they were too busy to get to it and we'd have to live leave the cars overnight. We can't rent cars and take Uber all over town for two days. We can handle and prep lab for one day. But the fact of the matter is the do not deliver what and when they promise. More
