Not even a year later the arm is bent and wore my rotors and break pads down $1200 rotors mind you to find out the whole arm attached to the wheel was bent and causing uneven wear and now need new tires. A 32,000 dollar car should make me excited instead has cost me a fortune and will continue to cost me! I would never of bought this car with the paint issues alone. The sales people treated me like crap others just stared like what was I doing there. Waited over a half hour to get acknowledged when I went to give them the check. I am just over all horribly bitter when I look at my car. Don’t feel safe driving it. I’m disabled and on a fixed income. This car was my consolation prize for the medical injury that caused my disability and supposed to be my only investment for my children sadly. I was told the front end was fine and no issues. The worst in customer service they had it for 2 weeks and did nothing at all .bad battery never replaced it ,told me it was my cell phone cord that was draining the battery. Bought a Dodge Durango from them, literally drove it off the showroom floor. At 6,200 miles I was driving to work and it completely shutdown with no warning, I couldn't even put it in park or cost off the the showroom floor. At 6,200 miles I was driving to work and it completely shutdown with no warning, I couldn't even put it in park or cost off the road. I was in the dark with no lights, including hazard lights. I got it to the them before they opened at 7:30. At 4:00 pm. They hadn't even so much as called so I called them. They had not even looked at it. I asked about a loaner so I could go to work and they said non available. Maybe next week they would get to it or have a loaner. So I was stuck no car to get to work and no need on their part to deal with any of it. They could care less and the car is almost new still and obviously under warranty. More
