My experience with this dealership has been nothing short of a nightmare. Communication Breakdown: The lack of professional and consistent communication is astounding. After numerous attempts to get updates on my vehicle, I was met with silence or vague responses from multiple service advisors. It’s as if they don’t care about their customers at all. Subpar Product Quality: I made several trips (an hour each way) to resolve the same issue, only to leave each time with the problem still unresolved. It’s infuriating to invest so much time and effort into a service that should be straightforward. Disorganized Staff: The complete lack of organizational management is glaring. Record keeping appears to be a foreign concept to them. I interacted with both Cliff Clements and Nichole Smith, and while they seemed well-meaning, their incompetence was evident. Unresponsive Management: After five weeks of voicemails and promises from three different staff members that the manager would call me back, I’m still waiting. It’s clear that customer service is not a priority for this establishment. In summary, if you’re looking for a car dealership that respects your time and provides quality service, look elsewhere. Charlie Obaugh has proven to be untrustworthy and utterly frustrating. More

Had engine problem while encountered to Florida from Canada. John in service took me in at 8am and said I would be out by noon. Out and on my way at 11.30. Fantastic experience. I dealt with salesman, Hunter Hudson. I went in to see three vehicles is saw on line. Hunter was very patient and spent time showing me each vehicle. I purchased a 2022 Chevrolet Mali I went in to see three vehicles is saw on line. Hunter was very patient and spent time showing me each vehicle. I purchased a 2022 Chevrolet Malibu. A week later I needed assistance with a feature on the car I was not familiar with. I reached Hunter on his cell and he was very responsive in assisting me. Continued disappointment! I bought a 2019 Chevy Colorado ZR2 from them little over a month ago now. Less than 30 days the check engine light came on and needed fuel rails repl I bought a 2019 Chevy Colorado ZR2 from them little over a month ago now. Less than 30 days the check engine light came on and needed fuel rails replaced. Within two days of repairs it is now leaking fuel and must be taken back in. Also to those veterans seeing the service flags out front, they gave no recognition or offers. Will be looking for another dealer to take personal and business purchases elsewhere unless something drastically changes. More

Amazing experience with Brent Groff this week. My car was totaled in an accident and I was not in the position to get another car AT ALL, but he and the team made it happen. Customer Service Manager suggested that I bring my Enclave in for a paint job since it was under warranty. I took it in and he was very rude about the process said he never seen my vehicle and did no Enclave in for a paint job since it was under warranty. I took it in and he was very rude about the process said he never seen my vehicle and did not suggest that. Told me to file it on my insurance and hung the phone up in my face. I would not have made that trip back across the mountain if I wasn't told to bring it back. I will not take my vehicle back there regardless of what it needs. The service stinks and especially for a manager to act that way I can only imagine how his team performs with a leader like that. More
