Poor customer service from the service department. I left my Infiniti 2017 Q60 there For 6 months since 4/2024, because the vehicle won’t start because of chasis error codes and key ignition codes f I left my Infiniti 2017 Q60 there For 6 months since 4/2024, because the vehicle won’t start because of chasis error codes and key ignition codes failure. I have been given the run around to the moon and back for 6 months by the service department. They never had a chance to put a certified technician to get my car fixed or call the extended warranty adjuster to come look at my vehicle. We are on the last week of September 2024 and my vehicle is still not running. I am very disappointed by the this infiniti Dealership. ☹️☹️. I’m sad to say, but I’m going to have the finance company pick up the vehicle and auction it the way it is. Which is not running. I am am going to lose out on thousands and thousands of dollars. More
