I came in for a brake job - the work was done quickly, the staff was very friendly, the bill came back $20 less than the coupon offer. Very pleased with everything. Robert is who I brought my car to...I the staff was very friendly, the bill came back $20 less than the coupon offer. Very pleased with everything. Robert is who I brought my car to...I also came in for tires a few months ago and also dealt with Robert. He is very pleasant and easy to work with and was very honest on what needed done right away and what could wait. More

My vehicle broke down on the interstate as I was passing through the area. I had it towed to the nearest Ford Dealership which was Gabus. It became apparent Gabus Ford Service people weren't interested in through the area. I had it towed to the nearest Ford Dealership which was Gabus. It became apparent Gabus Ford Service people weren't interested in helping someone who had purchased the vehicle at another dealership. In fact the service manager told me he gave priority to those who had purchased their vehicle from Gabus, and he didn't care if I took my truck somewhere else for service. So I contacted another dealership and had it towed a second time. More
