No hassles! They got it in asap, and I didn't have to worry. They provided a loaner, and even cleaned our car to new condition when we picked it up. More

I have been trying to get my car in for an oil change for almost 3 weeks. No joke. They advertise "Oil Changes For Life" which does you no good if you can't get your car in for service. It takes almost a wee More

Mrs. Weidner, I am sorry that you have not been able to get your vehicle in for an oil change with our service department. We have been working at past capacity this summer and I apologize that this has negatively affected you. Mr. King, First and foremost, thank you for your email. We strive to improve our customer service here at Gabus Ford Body Shop, and constructive feedback from our customers is a crucial component to that. I am sorry to hear about your recent experience with our repair facility. After reading your email, it is understandable why you feel the way you do. When we notified you the repairs were completed on your vehicle, we should have communicated to you at that time that the chrome claddings for your truck were on order and wouldn’t be in for two weeks. Furthermore, when we informed you that you were getting a brand new set of claddings, we should have also explained to you that we were only going to replace the one that Progressive Insurance paid to have replaced. However, since the claddings could only be purchased as a set, the remaining claddings were yours to do with as you please. Lastly, we should have notified you when those claddings came in so that you could come by at your convenience to have your repairs completed. In my opinion, our lack of communication played a big role in your disappointment with our facility. Additionally, I would like to apologize for the unplugged tail lamp and the inconvenience of getting pulled over for an inoperative rear light. While we go to great lengths for quality control in our shop, unfortunately we do have to account for human error. I appreciate you stopping by that Friday night, and I was happy that we could get it properly hooked up in a short time. Thank you for allowing us the opportunity to make things right. In continuing with that, we would like to offer you a complimentary exterior detail buff and wax job for your vehicle. While this in no way makes up for our lack of communication and thorough quality control, we would like it to at least express our empathy for you and your experience. I hope you reconsider giving us another opportunity to serve you. Sincerely, Dick Tiernan Body Shop Manager Charles Gabus Ford --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
