When I pulled into department I was immediately greated by a service advisor. He opened the door and helped me out of the car, thouroughly checked tire pressure, tire wear, advised me I needed a tire rotat by a service advisor. This was the first car I have attempted to buy with financing, and after the horror stories I have heard about buying a car through a dealership, I was pleasantly suprised at the ease and comfort of th financing, and after the horror stories I have heard about buying a car through a dealership, I was pleasantly suprised at the ease and comfort of the experance we had. We first looked at a 2010 Chevy Impala, and requested information about it online. When we went to go look at it, we had already done the research and had determined how much we were able to spend. I was prepared to argue our salesperson on what we could afford. Instead, he was prepared with options within our price range, and asked us questions as to what types of cars we would be comfortable looking at. He was polite, friendly and most importantly he was sincere. Although we did not buy the 2010 Chevy Impala, due to his help in offering alternatives, we were able to buy a car I had been wanting for many years, but did not think I would be able to afford. The vehicle itself was in outstanding condition, and after researching it on Kelly Blue Book, I found that it was reasonably priced and I was happy with the price at which we paid. It also fit into the budget we had already set. After choosing the vehicle we were notified within an hour and a half that I was approved. When I went to sign the papers, our sales person took the time to greet us, although he was busy with another guest. The finance manager who assisted me with signing the papers was polite, and encouraged me to ask any questions I could think of. I had also brought along my nine year old son, and he took the time to talk to him about his favorite subject, Star Wars. The gentleman who took us to the vehicle was friendly and very helpful. He also offered to take a picture of me and my son with our new car, which thrilled my son. After I brought our car home, I still received emails thanking me and giving best wishes with the car. My overall experiance was one of mutual respect and gratitude. I have already been spreading the word about the wonderful experiance we had, and will not buy a vehicle from anyone else from now on. More

We purchased our new Taurus through USAA and Gabus Ford was the dealer we selected. Their responsiveness could not have been better. Even though we had only corresponded via phone and email, Noah was extremely courteous when we picked up the car in Des Moines. He was very helpful in setting up our MySync account and explaining many of its and the car's features. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and we do truly enjoy our new Ford Taurus. I grew up in a family that was partial to Ford products and have owned a few myself. I even worked for Ford at two different times. Since 1984, I have been an owner of Honda vehicles, but I am glad that we have returned to ownership of the American built Ford Taurus! More

I came in for a brake job - the work was done quickly, the staff was very friendly, the bill came back $20 less than the coupon offer. Very pleased with everything. Everything went well when we came to check out buying our new car. The back up sensors and the remote start were installed as promised. The only bad thing that happened, was my fault. As I left to go home after the above work was done, I ran over a curb. My "Low tire pressure" lite came on immediately. I came back and went into the showroom. I explained what had happened to one of the gentlemen there and he immediately went out and looked at the tire. He called the shop foreman, who looked at the tire, it was ruined. The service dept. got the car in immediately, checked around for a tire. There were none in the shop, in the end, they took another one off another car. Everyone treated me wonderful! They could tell how upset I was and they really tried to make me feel better. They did not charge me any labor, just the cost of the tire. It made a very bad situation, much better to handle. I salute your service department, they were great! More
