Excellent service experience. In and out quickly. Oil and filter change, tire rotation, multi point inspection (checked for fluid levels, leaks, etc.). Gabus Ford does all of the In and out quickly. Gabus Ford does all of the maintenance work on both of our Ford Escapes and we have never been disappointed. We really like and appreciate the short video that is always done by the service tech when they inspect our vehicles. More

I had gone in for service on a 14 year old Ford Escape. I told the tec I would buy a 2024 Ford Escape if the body style was the same as 2010. He said why don't you look at the Ford Bronco. Went and got a I told the tec I would buy a 2024 Ford Escape if the body style was the same as 2010. He said why don't you look at the Ford Bronco. Went and got a cup of coffee from service desk on them. Went ouside and here set a few Ford Bronco sitting there. I looked at the sticker and thought ok. Saw a sand colored one. One of the salesmen came up. We chatted about the bell and whistles. Another customer came up and we all started chatting. He had a full size Bronco. But had rented the Bronco Sport. He was a good endorsement for it. I went home, told my husband. Came back and brought the sand color Ford Bronco the same day and came home with it. Sales crew was great, greek tex great with Ford pass. I am very happy with this. We have brought 4 cars in passed at Charles Gabus, this makes 5. Have used service department and happy there too. I’m furious for being charged $1200 for what I found out later was a $60 part that was easy to install. Computers were down so still haven’t seen a breakdown of what they say it cost.
