Having your truck break down is frustrating especially when traveling out of state. Saturdays are one our heaviest service days. We believe we first needed to complete the work for individuals with scheduled appointments. It wouldn't have been fair to bump your service ahead of those with appointments. Your truck would have been first in the service rotation after the scheduled appointments. We hope you were able to get back on the road quickly, and we're sorry that we weren't in a position to help you within your timeframe.
