I’m sorry we did not meet your expectations on your recent visit. As you know by your previous experiences that we do value your business and will work very hard to get it. Unfortunately we were unable to meet your payment requirements on a New 2011 Edge. I wish we could have gotten together but I understand that we all have budgets and need to try to stay within them. I agree that Napoleon should not have taken a phone call during your visit and this has been addressed with him. I am somewhat at a loss as to how to address another customer looking at you in an uncomfortable way. I didn’t not see this for myself and don’t currently have an answer for you other then that I’m sorry if you felt uncomfortable.
