We had done a lot of research prior to arriving at Charles Gabus and knew that we wanted a 2012 Ford Escape. Because of our schedule we were unable to get to Charles Gabus at any other time but wanted to take advantage of the great rebates being offered for only a few more days. We arrived at the dealership after 5:00 p.m. on Friday (they close at 6:00). Everyone was great, they didn't make us feel bad that they had to stay late to close the deal. Steve Sanders was good to work with as was Gary McKinney in Finance and Josh Christensen. We drove away around 7:00 p.m. and are very happy with our purchase and Charles Gabus! We took the Escape to Chicago the next morning and already got over 26 mpg! More
