we were very pleased with our sales consultant Marde. He wasn't pushy about selling us a vehicle and he answered all our questions. We returned after the weekend to purchase our vehicle and the first person wasn't pushy about selling us a vehicle and he answered all our questions. Syed helped us find the vehicle we wanted at a good price. He came in at 7 P.M. on a Monday(which I beleive was to be a day off for him) in order to deliver our vehicle as soom as it was ready. THIS DEALERSHIP ROCKS! I drove 800 miles from North Dakota to purchase a vehicle. The price was right and the customer service was fantastic. I had stopped by the dealership the day before, mainly to get a price on the vehicle I was admiring. I went home and told my husband about it & we went back the next day. My husband immediately saw in the vehicle what I had seen; the PERFECT car for me! Marde was there in a heartbeat, I pointed to the vehicle we wanted to look inside of & he was more than willing to tell us everything we needed to know. He was extremely knowledgeable, very pleasant to talk to and deal with. Willing to show us all kinds of things the vehicle offered that we probably wouldn't have known about otherwise. This was my first buy from Charles Gabus Ford & I see no reason why I wouldn't want to go back should the need arise. I LOVE MY SUV!!!!!!!
