Every employee I dealt with was friendly and helpful. I never felt pressured to purchase a new vehicle. We were looking to replace an 11yr. old focus and had been to several used car lots . We happened to drive a 2012 Focus (used) and liked it . Having previously purchased a 2010 Fusion thru Gabus Ford and been to several used car lots . We happened to drive a 2012 Focus (used) and liked it . Having previously purchased a 2010 Fusion thru Gabus Ford and having a real good experience ,we decided to stop in and see Les Sharp (the salesperson involved)to see what a new one would cost . After some haggleing over price (which, I think we both liked),we arrived at a mutal agreement . The purchase was very professionally handled and so far (4 days) we really like the car . Les was great to deal with and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone . The only complaint is that this model didn't come with rear floormats (a Company concern)! We have had previous contacts with the Dealer on our 2010 Fusion and have had an excellent experience . It took us a long time to decide if we should purchase a new truck or not. It was a hard decision since we had not had a car payment in ages. Joe introduced himself to us and was so very patient with the two of us. He didn't pressure us in any way, but was so very kind and generous with his time. We even went home to think about it some more. I'm sure Joe didn't ever think he would see us again. After our decision to go ahead with purchasing a new truck, we didn't even try to buy from anyone but Joe. He did a great job and has followed up after our purchase to make sure we were satisfied. We love our new fantastic truck (gas guzzler as it is) and when my Escape gets tired and needs replaced we hope Joe will be there to sell us a new Explorer! You thought I was going to say Escape didn't you? Don't like the new design. We also loved the way we were treated as they filled up, shined up and told us how to figure out all the bells and whistles that we were not accustomed to. On August 25, 2012 I came to Gabus to look at a 2012 F150. I had contacted Steve Sanders before my visit. Steve was very courteous and outgoing as was everyone in the entry and showroom area. We had been trying to work with our local dealer and didn't seem to have any luck at all. Your staff and especially Steve made our buying experience inctredibly comfortable and we look forward to having a long relationship with Steve and Charles Gabus Ford. If you buy a vehicle anywhere else, you are robbing yourself of a "better than expected" experience! I planned on buying a Camry, Accord or Sonata only to find out that the Fusion was a much better ch yourself of a "better than expected" experience! I planned on buying a Camry, Accord or Sonata only to find out that the Fusion was a much better choice. Not to forget that Ford is one of the few American Cars that did not take part in the government bailout. That matters to me and my family. More
My husband and I are very pleased with our experience at Charles Gabus Ford. We did not feel pressured to buy in any way. He is a very enthusiastic ford lover, and a very proud, and dedicated employee for Charles Gabus. We were very fortunate that he was the salesman that came to us that day. He explained the vehicle we chose in such a way that we understood how the vehicle ran. We are new to the SYNC system, and Marde helped pair my phone, and set some country channels for us. He explained what he was doing,as he went through that process. We also made a call to my 90yr old parents to help me understand the process of calling out. I do like the SYNC system services, and will probably keep that feature going. Marde returned to us after each step in the process of finance and delivery of our fusion. He stayed with his customer, and that made us feel more comfortable. As we drove away, Marde was there congratulating us and wishing us well! Thank you for the dedication in how you choose your employees at Charles Gabus Ford! It takes a special person to sell me, and you have that in Marde.
