I've bought vehicles in Nebraska, Missouri, South Dakota and Idaho. This is by far one of the best places I've found to go in, look around, ask questions, get answers and still feel free to roam the vehicle lot without the feeling of being "hunted". Steve S. is a great person to work with. On both occasions, I contacted him via email to inquire about different models that they had available. Steve was more than willing to reply with all the information that I was requesting. My wife and I set up a time to stop by and look. After spending about an hour, we had to depart for a sporting event. I was contacted by Steve to ensure that we had a good experience. I informed Steve, "This was one of the best vehicle experiences that I've had. I returned later that week and purchase the first 2016 Escape for my wife. I returned this past weekend to purchase another 2016 Escape. This time the new Escape was for me. Best Dealership in the continental US I worked with Dave at the dealership and he could not have been more pleasant or accommodating than he was. From the day we talked via email to the minute I left the dealership it was a 5 diamond experience. I drove from St Louis, Mo. to get my car.
