I love it so much!!! I've never dealt with a major car dealship. Let's be real and being female didn't think I could get something so great at a deal! I did have a small army behind me holding my hand thru the process so he had to wait until I cleared it with them. It took so much patience on his part and never ever seemed put out by any of it! As many car dealerships I went to (almost all in Des Moines lol) he was the most understanding and honest! This will be forever my place to get a new car!! I can't thank them enough! More

Unfortunately when running the numbers, they were already on the high side when referencing KBB and other similar vehicles of the same make, model, and year posted online. When negotiating our trade in, he stated the reason for such a low offer was that "they couldn't sell it for more than 15,000). It was a 2012 Sienna with very low miles and in good condition. Fair trade in value according to KBB was a minimum of 14,600. If you can't sell it for more than 15, you're in the wrong business. Also worth noting they had a 2015 Sienna listed at the time with 3x the miles for 18K. So yes, they can definitely sell it for more than what they claimed. In the end, the numbers didn't work out so we walked. We had been in contact with them a few times over this vehicle (they are few and far between) so I think they were banking on us being desperate enough to get the raw end of the deal. More
