We are very happy with the way we are treated every time we come through the door. It only made sense for us to choose Gabus Ford when we looked for a new Mustang. The purchase process went very fast, we found the Mustang we wanted on the lot at Noon, and drove it home by 5 PM. The fastest we have ever purchased a vehicle! Do not give this company any of your information or time! I decided to check out this dealership as I have always been a fan of Ford Explorers and I am not a fan of the Dodge Journey that I had purchased some I decided to check out this dealership as I have always been a fan of Ford Explorers and I am not a fan of the Dodge Journey that I had purchased somewhere else (but at least the dealership I purchased the Journey from was up front and honest with me) I parked my car and walked the lot, finding a great number of nice looking vehicles with fair pricing, so I was optimistic about possibly getting into a new vehicle, but that is where the salesman showed up and my review becomes less positive. Started with the standard, what are you looking for, etc. etc. that you always expect from any dealer and I answered that I was looking at the Explorers for size/power/price etc. We looked at several as he asked me what "I could afford" to which I replied I was currently paying a little over $400 and would like to keep it around there, but really didn't need a vehicle so $500 was the absolute upper limit I was willing to pay. He said no problem at all and said it would for sure be under $480, so I said that would be great, but I was in a bit of a hurry that day so I would talk to my better half and get back to him. He said he just needed some basic information from me and it would take a just a few minutes and asked for my drivers license (which I gave him with the strict instruction NOT to run a credit report as I already knew my credit rating was around 750 and didn't want any hard inquiries on it until I had made a final decision. He agreed and insisted I fill out some paperwork because he could get me into the car in about 15 minutes (keep in mind for under $480) well he disappeared, and when he returned, he had a whole pile of paperwork just waiting for me to sign, and had even found me a great loan for right around $625 a month. I informed him that it was just a LOT over his promised maximum payment amount and also found out that not only did he have the credit report run that he was told specifically not to do yet, but had checked with 5 banks to find that loan. But it doesn't end there...after telling him that his ridiculous numbers were not agreeable to me and leaving the dealership (after over an hour of wasting my time), I received phone calls and even at least 2 letters in the mail saying they found an even better rate (if I was willing to pay more money down they could drop the payment to under $600) Overall, after telling them NOT to run my credit, and wasting all this time for a bogus price quote, I ended up with 10 hard inquiries on my credit report that I have to wait for 2 years or so to drop off. Charles Gabus Ford is a joke. More

I found a car that I liked online on Easter morning and submitted an email to the dealership to see if it was available. Steve contacted me to let me know the car was available and that I could come out and take a look the following day. Steve was straightforward and immediately I felt a trust built with him as he showed me the vehicle. I shopped around quite a bit that day and ended up coming back to Steve because the price and service couldn't be beat. After the papers were signed, Steve went as far as steam cleaning the carpets himself as the detail shop team had already left for the day. Amazing service that went above and beyond my expectations.
