My experience at Charles Boyd surpassed my expectations. When I first arrived I only had thoughts of taking a look around and seeing if anything was in my range and maybe to come back later and try again, h When I first arrived I only had thoughts of taking a look around and seeing if anything was in my range and maybe to come back later and try again, however, one of the salesman Bobby, came by and took me under his wings and helped me with a vehicle that was in my price range and I actually left the dealership with a wonderful 2015 Hyundai Tucson! I recommend everyone to come out to Charles Boyd and get the car of their dreams. More

I first came to Charles Boyd in the early 199? with a warranty recall on a vehicle that I had purchased at another dealer with whom I had had problems with service. I first called the service manager an warranty recall on a vehicle that I had purchased at another dealer with whom I had had problems with service. I first called the service manager and ask if he could help me, I was assured that he would be happy to. I came in he took care of me in a very professional manner. He and I started talking and he said I tell the salesmen here that they sell the first vehicle but I sell the rest for them. He proved that to be true with me. This makes the fifth vehicle that I have purchased here and I have always been treated well by all personnel. I have moved much further away since I first came to Charles Boyd and I drove by another very large dealership on my way here but I still came Back. More

I brought my jeff Gordon addition monte carlo in for service and all the staff were so friendly! I took the shuttle to do some shopping and when I came back I got to relax in the beautiful and CLEAN wai service and all the staff were so friendly!
