My check engine light on my car kept coming on in my car and every time I brought it to the dealership they manually kept turning it off. Then as soon as my warranty went out on my car a few days later they and every time I brought it to the dealership they manually kept turning it off. Then as soon as my warranty went out on my car a few days later they decided to tell my that my motor went out when all along that was the problem. Then now that there is no warranty anymore on my car they want to tell me it cost $4700. More

Bad experience, several issues. Insufficient communication. Disappointed the 'to be done' repair work costs would be outrageously expensive. This customer had feelings the car problems were communication. Disappointed the 'to be done' repair work costs would be outrageously expensive. This customer had feelings the car problems were being misdiagnosed on the car on several problems. Car was operating good, normal performance prior to a part being installed. Afterwards, car was so messed up, was certain the 'need another part' was absurd. Was the previous $1000 for two parts, in 4 months unnecessary, this customer thought. And, after explaining all to Tony Crabtree, (staff suggested customer speak with him), customer asked for refund of the last $300, as car was operating normally prior to that specific part. Being so disappointed with this entire situation, adding the fact of money spent this widow did not have, no future business plans. Customer continues the request to receive the $300 refund. Car has been repaired by a long time reputable business locally for half the price-quoted. So sorry for the all the time (days without car, no communication car was ready ( texts could have been made by a company secretary ) all the money paid and it kept on ' you need another part' ! The car was operating normally prior to that PART that was installed! Totally regretting all this awful and costly experience. Please refund my $300 dealership. Customer is most hurt with the dealings here, please be considerate and send me my money. Please!! More
