We had some idea of what we were looking for when we went to the dealership but did not have a definite choice in mind. Diane was very gracious and accommodating and showed us as many vehicles as we wanted to see. We test drove several cars before deciding on the 2016 Malibu LTZ. There was no pressure and lots of information provided. They make us feel welcome every time we are there. During our last purchase we had our 2 labra-doodles with us and they even let them come in while we did paperwork. More
