They have taken care of my Escape since it’s purchase, and I hope to continue driving it till at least 250,000 miles...and beyond?? Any new problem is always explained and discussed thoroughly, answering any question I might have. I am confident that should I ever have a question or concern, I can always trust Jim Allen, Neil, or Luther to address it and take care of it.
