I have a volkswagen EOS. It had some problems after an accident and I had come to service my vehicle. Emily gladly assisted me with this and took care of the problem. When I got there Emily was very helpful even though I obviously didn't know where I should be or what to do. She made sure I didn't need a shuttle before letting me wait in the waiting room, and offered obviously didn't know where I should be or what to do. She called many places, including the original dealership to check on the status of our warranty (just out), and when it was discovered that I was less than two weeks out of warranty, and only several miles over the 50,000, she asked her manager before I could if there was anything they could do price-wise. And they did! Very painless experience, considering it was car trouble. More
I have always received very good service from the Volkswagen of Scottsdale as I moved to Tucson from Phoenix. I decided to stop going to Scottsdale to give your dealership a try, and since the first Volkswagen of Scottsdale as I moved to Tucson from Phoenix. I decided to stop going to Scottsdale to give your dealership a try, and since the first day, Scott has been extremely professional and great!! I know that I can easily get a much cheaper price by getting parts on my own and even doing simple repairs (like a battery change out) on my own, but I am also in Sales and we let our customers know that the extra price in certain products are due to the extra Customer Service that is offered, and I feel that your prices are justified with the Service that is given at your dealership. Other than some minor damage to my vehicle, which was taken care of quite speedily, it was a pleasant visit. I have two 2006 Jettas. I bought 2 of them at the same time-one for my daughter and me. Sammy Boykin has been the service rep that has provided support everytime I have taken our cars in. Needless to say her professionalism is why I continue to return. I trust her to guide me as to what is appropriate for the maintance of my cars. She is always kind, patient, friendly and a great listener. The service is always timely and complete. Our cars are always clean when we pick them up and they run great! The cashiers are always friendly and I appreciate that, especially when I have to pay the bill (that part is always a little stressful). There are other shops that I could take my volkswagens to that might be a little less expensive (and sometimes I do think about that) but that fact that Sammy has been so great and our cars are in perfect running shape is what keeps me loyal to Chapman Volkswagen. I also want to add that I TRULY appreciate that this last visit was less than I thought it was going to be and that was important to me. Thanks. More
