I brought my car in for warranty work (making a noise from the front right area of the car). Service had my car all day and told me they couldn’t hear/find the problem. When I went to pick the car up I took the lead mechanic for a drive and pointed out the noise. Subsequently, I had to bring my car back in again to have the noise investigated and troubleshot, wasting mine and the mechanics time This is not the first time I’ve had to bring my car back to the dealer because they claimed they couldn’t find the problem the first time. On a previous occasion the transmissions Mechtronic unit need to be replaced yet it took several trips to the dealer to convince them it needed to be replaced. Lastly, on the latest trip to the dealer to investigate the noise, they discovered they had left the shipping block in my front suspense when they had prepared my car for sale. I've had the car for three year and in for work several times and they just discovered the blocks. More
Quality of work was related to how my new car was detailed. The exterior was very dusty, as if it had been washed days earlier then sat outside. Len Luskin, however, was excellent in every way. For this reason, I would not hesitate to buy from him again or to send others to him for a car purchase/lease. The service Consultants that I delt with were warm and friendly, however the service consultants that I have worked with in the past were it seemed only concerned with the customers that they were dealing friendly, however the service consultants that I have worked with in the past were it seemed only concerned with the customers that they were dealing with and not overly friendly to other customers that they were not dealing with personally. I had a screw in the tire of my 2010 Jetta Limited, I had not even made a payment and did not get the extended tire warranty. I had contacted my salesperson who must have referred my question to Emily Lopez not even made a payment and did not get the extended tire warranty. I had contacted my salesperson who must have referred my question to Emily Lopez. Emily promptly called me to set up an appointment to have my car looked at. Sammy was a wonderful help. I called her and let her know my car was having problems and she made sure everything would be taken care of as soon as I arrived. The car was fixed quickly. I had a rental wh my car was having problems and she made sure everything would be taken care of as soon as I arrived. The car was fixed quickly. Sammie is always a pleasure to work with. She responds to all my questions and issues. I feel like I pay a lot of money for the work and could get it done elsewhere for less. I brought the car in for its 125000 mile check up and told about a noise that it was making. They found nothing wrong. Then with the assistance of a friend we determined that we thought front wheel bearings where going out so I took it back again and took mechanic on ride and explained what I heard. He said it was the tires but he would run more tests. I then got the call that the front wheel bearings where going. I don't think the customer should be the one that has to diagnosis the problems. I have had an issue with the headlight cover on the passenger side come flying off while driving. Chapman fixed the light again for me despite it being out of warranty without charge to me. That was greatly appreciated. I always get 10% of coupons AFTER the service has been done. Chapman is good about letting me use coupons. Did I tell you Sammie is a pleasure to work with? She is great and probable the only reason I keep coming back to Chapman. More
