Air conditioning went out in the car. Everything covered under warranty. Able to get car in right away. Car had to be kept over the weekend. Courteous, friendly and accomodating. Gave me water, directed me to lounge area, asked if I needed shuttle service. Upon return kept me informed of how long I would wait. Washed car was gorgeous! I cannot tell you how wonderful Kathy is. My car battery died and my husband took my car in for me. Kathy remembered my car and me and got him in the same day he called and took care of everything. Experience was outstanding. Every time we have gone in for mileage service we were extremely pleased. Sammy, our service rep, was exceptionally helpful and very courteous. I have a leak in the convertib for mileage service we were extremely pleased. Sammy, our service rep, was exceptionally helpful and very courteous. I have a leak in the convertible top and was told they could not fine the leak upon first examination, and when I told them that not only once did it leak but twice, they went back and did the test all over again to make sure they had not missed it. Did not leak for them, but told us to please come back if it does it again. Very helpful and customer service orientated people. Yeah for Chapman VW of Tucson. We are a big fan of yours. More
When I brought my Jetta in to service the tire, found out it was unrepairable. Scott got got my car in and tire replaced in a short and reasonable amount of time. This experience was much better than my first experience with this Dealership. I planned to have all service performed in Avondale because of this Dealers reputation. I do not want to work with Richard, Kat with this Dealership. I planned to have all service performed in Avondale because of this Dealers reputation. I do not want to work with Richard, Kathy is outstanding. I have had several problems with the tires on this car, and I wish I would have refused to purchase it with Continental tires because my experience with that brand so far is really bad. I am working with Kathy to get reimbursed for two of the defective tires - they both had bubbles. I ended up replace all four tires because my husband did not believe the tires on the car were safe. That was $600 out of my pocket that I should not have had to spend within the first 3 months I owned the car. More

2005 Passat TDI (purchased before new owner took over) 2005 Passat TDI (purchased before new owner took over) Called and asked for price for simple bench work (remove old alternator pulley and install new 2005 Passat TDI (purchased before new owner took over) Called and asked for price for simple bench work (remove old alternator pulley and install new one 5-15 minutes of work) 1) Was quoted "about $20 2) Picked up part at parts department and visited Mr MacNeil and was told $25-$30 3) Final bill was $40 I do not work this way and DO NOT respect others who do. Terrible reflection on Chapman. Next VW will be purchased in PHX. No more of my business for these folks. More
I brought my car in for warranty work (making a noise from the front right area of the car). Service had my car all day and told me they couldn’t hear/find the problem. When I went to pick the car up I took the lead mechanic for a drive and pointed out the noise. Subsequently, I had to bring my car back in again to have the noise investigated and troubleshot, wasting mine and the mechanics time This is not the first time I’ve had to bring my car back to the dealer because they claimed they couldn’t find the problem the first time. On a previous occasion the transmissions Mechtronic unit need to be replaced yet it took several trips to the dealer to convince them it needed to be replaced. Lastly, on the latest trip to the dealer to investigate the noise, they discovered they had left the shipping block in my front suspense when they had prepared my car for sale. I've had the car for three year and in for work several times and they just discovered the blocks. More
