I only get my VW serviced through Chapman in Tucson because they always provide outstanding customer service. They are friendly and keep me well informed about what is going on with my car. My 2004 Letta TDI needed oil change and tire rotation, plus had a problem with the temperature gauge and an unusual noise. Scheduled the service with Sammie, our service representative. On the schedule date and time, we showed up and Sammie greeted us with a smile and warm welcome. She paid attention to our concerns and description of the noise problem. She offered to go on a test ride to hear for herself. For once we were able to replicate the problem! She took note and sent us on our way. She called that afternoon to say that the techs still had not found the problem and asked whether we needed the car back that day or if she could have it overnight. I was pleased that she was so concerned. The Jetta stayed and the next day before noon we got a call saying that they had found the problem and we could come get the car. I can't say enough for the kind of great service we have received from Chapman and from Sammie in particular. More
Sammy was very helpful and explained all that was done to my vehicle while in the service department. She was very knowledgable about what was being done and why it needed to be done. I have had unplesent dealing with this dealership several years ago but decided to give it another try for service. I was extreamly impressed! Sammie, my service advisor, was plesent to deal with. I felt she was taking the time to answer all my questions and address any concerns I had. I was also impressed with the changes to the waiting room. There was free donuts, popcorn, multiple TVs, and a great coffee machine. I can't tell you how happy I am that I don't ever have to dread taking my car in for service any more!!! More

As always, Sami in the service department is very helpful. She greets me with a smile, is thorough and honest. She explained all services performed. Sammi and Company are friendly, quick and thorough. The oil change went quickly and the wait for a ride to my workplace was not too long. Picked up screw in tire. Location mandated new tire, not repair. Needed at once due to my own care-giving situation. Could not risk having risky car over the weekend. You had the tire. New tire/mounting etc., provided quickly. However, on the way home began losing pressure. Having left the dealer at 38psi, down to 15 upon arrival in GV. Upon OK from Ed, took to local tire repair shop for remedy. Found nothing....zero. Remounted, took on another circuit and and found still leaking. Mystery. Agreed with Ed to return to you folks. Couldn't make it all the way. Had to add air at Valencia. Noticed not as much leakage on low-speed roads the rest of the way to you. Source of leakage remained a mystery -- to me and to you. David Rupp and I discussed, both admitting being mystified. Nobody here or there examining the tire found anything. Notwithstanding our failure to explain, we agree to mount second new tire expecting whatever happened to be unlikely to repeat. It was a good plan. The second tire/mounting is fine. This was an expensive and annoying situation for both of us. I think it is important for you to know that in my opinion there's absolutely no fault to be found anywhere. In my opinion, I was treated very well from start to finish. Certainly, I wish none of this had happened and, like you, I still don't know how to explain it. On the other hand, Ed and Dave stepped right up and worked through it with me. I commend them both for it and I commend Chapman for employing such people. More

A friend of mine told me you should not put your windows down for at least 48 hours, so I waited three days to do so. Also, there was bubbling in the tinting. I called to make an appointment to have them redone, but by the time the appointment came, there were no longer bubbles. Someone could have made me aware that this was normal (at least, I hope so). I was given an approximate time to pick up the vehicle after having the windows tinted....that time kept extending to nearly 2 hours later. We waited quite a while (maybe 15 minutes??)after we arrived for a Sales Person to come out and see if we needed help. More
