Scott was incredibly helpful. He let me bring my car in late on a Friday afternoon, without an appointment, when all of the sudden my transmission went in to fail safe mode. I've known Scott longer then I've known Larry but I found both to be very helpful and curteous. Scott I would have to give extra KUDOS for putting up with me when I tended to be a jerk. I am impressed!... I had told him that I know three people that bought Diesel cars. two there and one in MT because they were very impressed with our car. My husband was so disappointed that repairs were needed on our what I call a "300,000 mile" car before it would wear out, :) We have been waiting to get a new one when a bigger diesel comes out...was hoping a big SUV :)) Thank you for all .. we will definitely buy another car from you! I made an appointment (Sammie Boykin) for the 30,000 mile service. Sammie was wounderful, everything was taken care of including a couple of re-calls and apiece of loose moulding. The new construction and service area layout is a huge improvement over the former cramped quarters. It's much easier for the service team to see the clients coming and going and the waiting room, with it improvement over the former cramped quarters.
