My service experience at Chapman VW in Tucson exceeded my expectations. I was treated courteously and professionally from the moment I walked in until I left. What a remarkable contrast to the dealership of my previous vehicle! Ed Diamond explained what servicing had been done to my car and assured me that this maintenance was free. He also explained when the next maintenace was due, what it would entail and about how long the service would take--this is very helpful in planning my next visit. And Nick Caffarel (who did the service work) even washed and vacuumed my car! What a pleasant experience all the way around! More

My TDI Jetta 2001 was new when I started coming to this service center and I've known Scott and numerouse others who are no longer there. So I was happy to find a familiar face again. A person who doesn' service center and I've known Scott and numerouse others who are no longer there. So I was happy to find a familiar face again. A person who doesn't get side-tracked and is thorough and responsive. So I like coming there, except for when I get an expensive service. I've gone to others in the past, but I know when I come there for the "Big" problems, there is no problem after it's been fixed. That is my greatest appreciation. More
