The service was great at Chapman Tucson. We took our car in to get worked on and Scott went through all the possible problems with us and contacted the warranty company in a timely manner. First let me say I am from Canada and drive a 2006 Passat which has 86K on it and has always been well serviced and maintained. While visiting in Yuma for the winter I had unexpected problems with my Passat which has 86K on it and has always been well serviced and maintained. While visiting in Yuma for the winter I had unexpected problems with my Passat and had it towed to the nearest VW dealership for repairs in Indio. Seventeen days later I got my car back repaired, so I thought. After having already had this major job done on my Passat I expected that my car would be ready for touring South East Arizona. Not so! I wasn't long into the tour when I discovered the car was leaking coolant, a problem I have never had in the 20 years of driving Passats. I called up Chapman VW from Sierra Vista, and connected with Ed who worked me into his busy service schedule. The problem was diaagnosed, the part ordered and although I had to wait a few days I was put into a rental from Enterprise which filled the gap nicely. Ed was friendly, kind and instilled confidence in me that my car would be serviced properly. He introduced me to the technician who serviced my car and the technician explained the problem to me. Ed also helped get my service covered by my extended warrantee, which was greatly appreciated. Thank you for restoring my confidence in VW service. Joanne Fischer More
When I pulled into the service area Scott promptly came up to my drivers door to greet me, asked me why I was there and wrote up the service order and my car was then taken to the service bay area. As I was in the waiting room drinking a cup of coffee, Scott came in several to update me on my cars progress and make some recommendations. When my car's service was finished he came in and took care of the transaction and handed me the keys and I drove off. More

Our car needed to be repaired as we were retuning from a road trip.It was late on a Saturday afternoon and we knew that the service department would be closed . We were very much surprised that there were still sales people in the dealership and they enabled us to leave the car with them and they turned the car over to the service people first thing Monday morning. They also arranged to take us home! The car was repaired on Monday and it was ready for pick-up late afternoon. it had been repaired and washed as well. There was no charge for it,items were covered by a recall. We were very pleased.! More
Took my 2011 Jetta Sportswagen TDI in for 10,000 mile service. Tires were rotated but apparently something was not reset. My car gave me a warning the next day to check tires. Looked OK and I was about 2 miles from the dealership so drove there to have it checked. Ed Diamond, my regular tech, said that the Express Service Dept was still on the learning curve to reset something when tires are rotated to avoid a false warning. Also, took almost 10 minutes to get somebody to attend to me when I first arrived, even though nobody was in line before me. Bob Kahl More
We returned to the dealership to replace a defective tire that we purchased from this dealership in 2010. I was in the service dept. a total of 3 times in about 3 weeks. First for front new tires, then for a blown out back tire, then for brakes.
