We apologize that Holly did not receive her plates in a timely manner. Her license plates were issued and mailed to a relative's address in Tombstone AZ but they came back. We now have the proper address for you and are sending your plates out today via FedEx. You should have already received a tracking number via email. The issues the vehicle had were cosmetic in nature and nothing mechanical. The air filter and cabin filter change were done a second time to satisfy your requirements. Each time you came in, we took the time and attention to address your specific concerns until we understood you to be completely satisfied. Please understand that the process to purchase a car can take longer on a weekend when several people purchase a car at the same time. As for the wheels, that concern wasn’t brought to our attention at any of the visits. I am certain that if the wheels were a concern we would have been notified you.
