I wish to inform you of my dissatisfaction with my service at Chapman Nissan this morning. Last week I used the online system to schedule my 85,000 mile service quoted at $74.95 online. This included an oil change, tire rotation and inspection. My car was the first one in as the service door was opened at 7:31 AM. I informed the service writer that I would be waiting for my car. At 9:10 AM a service tech entered the waiting area and spoke to the woman that was behind me in the service line. Again, my car was the first car in as the service door opened. When I questioned the service tech about the status of my car, I was informed that it was still being worked on. I looked through the glass into the shop and my car was directly in front of me in the air. Yet no one was working on it. After I went to the service writer, a technician then went to my car and began the inspection of the undercarriage. Then the service writer came back with recommendations that I decided to hold off (because I needed to be in a 10:00 AM meeting). I asked if they could finish, and that's when the tech began to rotate the tires, then perform the oil change. My car had been in the shop since 7:30 AM and by then it was 9:15 AM. I asked if they could finish up the paperwork, and then was reminded of a 3% transaction fee if paying by credit card (which was nowhere on the website). Then atter looking at the invoice, I was charged $84.95 instead of the $74.95 advertised online. Then I saw a $1.75 "misc fee" on the invoice, then another $1.75 "misc fee" as well. I was in a hurry to get to my 10:00 AM meeting so I paid and left. When I called back to inquire about the fees I called the 215-492-9351 number on my invoice. Only to find out that this number is not a working number (yet its printed in half inch letters on the Chapman Letterhead). When I called the 215-492-1200 on my credit card receipt, I was told "those fees are "something we have no control over". I have attached photos of the online price, and the invoice with the two misc. charges. I feel as though it's a "bait and switch tactic" They advertise a lower price online, but when it's time to pay they hit you with "Oh, the online price is incorrect, and there is also a 3% transaction fee if you pay by credit card that we didn't tell you about, and then there is a $1.75 misc fee that we can't do anything about on one line, then there is another $1.75 misc fee that we can't do anything about either." I am not a happy customer right now! More

I brought my car to get fixes air censer malfunction came back home found out logo on the engine cover missing and air filter cap not closed probably and missed one clipper I went back and asked they had all back home found out logo on the engine cover missing and air filter cap not closed probably and missed one clipper I went back and asked they had all kinds of excuses and they said my car didn’t have it, when I asked the inspection video they supposed to send it to me and never did to prove it to and dared the manager $5000 from me and he doesn’t have to put $5000 , just proves it to me. Finally he made all the video gone even the inspector evidence, I can see his face is full of shame. More
I bought my last three SUV's from Chapman Nissan and the service from the salesman was professional and courteous. I was never pressured and felt comfortable with the process. This is the worst dealership ever. Refused to replace my washer motor although the car was still under manufacturer warranty. Referred me to consumer affairs and consumer affairs referred me back to the dea washer motor although the car was still under manufacturer warranty. Referred me to consumer affairs and consumer affairs referred me back to the dealership stating that its was to their discretion. I always bought 1-2 year old cars still under manufacturer warranty and never had to deal with situations like that. Lousy customer service ! More

Ordered a tire from chapman Nissan. Had to prepay for it.( Never had to prepay before at other nissan dealers). I was told nissan would call when it came in. Service man named ANDY said to come in ANYTI it.( Never had to prepay before at other nissan dealers). I was told nissan would call when it came in. I had to call and i finally got someone who put me on hold for a considerable amount of time. I just hung up. Called back up and the service guy asked if i got his message saying that the tire was in. No MESSAGE ON MY PHONE. SO i told the service guy i would be in in morning. Had a call from VA hospital. Things had changed. Got there at 3:30 and was talked to rudely by a service saying that i should come in the morning. ANDY said anytime. At any rate i would not be returning here for anything. The xxxx tire would still be here if i had not called. And your female service tech need to watch how she speak to customers More
