Very friendly atmosphere. Rick especially took his time with our daughter to show her many cars and helped her find the exact one that she drove off the showroom floor. The experience I had at Chapman Nissan was great. Yes I am a woman and I was there by myself. The finance department persons I talked to were very thorough with explaining every nook and cranny, they answered all of my questions. Everyone there from the greeter to the manager made me feel great. I didn't leave out of there feeling like I signed my life away. They worked hard to find me a great deal and I brought a used 2008 Nissan Rogue with 34000 miles and in excellent shape. I've been recommending people to Chapman Nissan since I brought the Rogue.
