I bought over the internet. Traveled 8 hrs. by bus to pick up vehicle. I was picked up at the bus depot on time and brought to the the dealer where the car was ready to go. It was a good experience. The staff was very professional. I wasn't really looking for a new car, my warranty on my old car was up and I didn't want to have huge mechanic bills. My only negative comment is the insurance company gave me a quote that was great and then told me to stay with my insurance company and the premium is a little higher. I have reached out to USAA to remove you from the program. You sold us a 1995 Neon having reported over and over that it only had 26,000 miles but the odometer only works intermittently. I agree the odometer was not rolled back as Henry very succinctly pointed out. You did not lie to me but you did intentionally withhold information. Perhaps I would have purchased the vehicle anyway but certainly it would have left better feelings about your dealership. No, I will never recommend you and obviously will not return. More
