Totally disappointed I hate to do this but this is concerning certain individuals at Chatman not all of the dealership is like this my daughter I took her down there to p I hate to do this but this is concerning certain individuals at Chatman not all of the dealership is like this my daughter I took her down there to purchase a vehicle they knew the credit was poor they knew her husband didnt have a license they knew she had another vehicle in her name already on a report we was told It was fine ...A few days later and we were told the husband needs to get his license he tried cannot do it then she was told that the car had to be taken out of her name but the time all this was sitting down it was too late we have to return the car which if we was told is the beginning when I proceed with making the deal... so Monday were told to bring the car back on Tuesday she brings the car back on Tuesday the person there said he's off that day she waited for an hour and couldn't find the paperwork so they're told to come back today here is Wednesday she's on her way down he told me over text that he was going to be there I told him she's on her way he says I'm already off have a come back tomorrow.. totally unprofessional.. never seen a dealership that took so long to take a car back I wont deal with this individual again it's not worth it the hasell...I will have to say David I believe is his name took over and resolved the situation quickly so to him I say thank you His help was reaaly appreciated More
Service Manager forgets about Customers I brought my vehicle in for service, standard oil change and brakes. While in their care, my wheel got damaged along with my locking lug and wheel lo I brought my vehicle in for service, standard oil change and brakes. While in their care, my wheel got damaged along with my locking lug and wheel lock key. Although they did replace the wheel lock and key - (after 10 days because god forbid they overnight something for a customer after they were at fault). They made what they considered "repairs" to my wheel. Well, I didn't bring my car in with a damaged wheel, and I shouldn't have to tolerate picking up my car with a damaged wheel. The Service Manager stated that "they we have gone as far as we are going to go with the repairs to the wheel". What? Really? So you are telling me, you take my car, you damage my car, I pay for the services you provided, and I'M THE ONE WHOSE WRONG? Unbelievable. More

The service transportation ,while vehicle is being repaired, is a great bonus. Driver Lisa Timmons was on time and drove safe getting me to and from dealership. Chapmans has a Complete TEAM. I have stayed with Chapman over the years because they treat me right. 5-STAR SERVICE, HOSPITALITY and WORKMANSHIP. Those qualities make a business successful and embrace customer loyalty. From the minute I walked in (even early with appointment) I was treated with respect and provided with great service. I was greeted by Sanchez Dade and passed off to sales, Joy Jackson. I explained what I wanted and they made it happen. They both listened and ultimately I was very satisfied with their performance. Despite the "dealer dance" one must go through, I had a fantastic experience. Even the finance portion was enjoyable with Rocco Acri at the computer. He was pleasant and got me out with relative ease. By far my best car buying experience. More
We got Cheated On Sat 10/1/2016 my wife and I drove in unprepared, to look for a smaller certified used late model Jeep to add to my family of 3 existing Jeeps. Havi On Sat 10/1/2016 my wife and I drove in unprepared, to look for a smaller certified used late model Jeep to add to my family of 3 existing Jeeps. Having nothing good to show us, they quickly cleaned up a blue 2014 Patriot which had been sitting there for nearly 2 months. After settling on $15,000.00 I was made to sign a whole bunch of papers without explaining to me what each one was for, Most of them were just check boxes with a signature on the page bottom. Then I pointed out to them that Certified Used Vehicles come with warranties but this one specifically did NOT. The only warranty was the left-over factory warranty which was expiring soon. The dealer had absolutely no obligation in maintaining the vehicle. Any repair that I need will have to be paid for. The shifter quadrant Park light lens had been pried out, you could see electric wires through the black hole. They charged me $100 to repair by upping the selling price to $15,100.00. They then tried to make me drive the car home right there and then. And then....would you believe the battery went dead. I asked the salesman to put down in writing that the missing park indicator light and the dead battery will be replaced. He did, but that piece of paper was removed from the bunch that was given me. They also promised the car would be ready by Wednesday( today), 4 days after we signed all the papers. When they failed to deliver, my wife(the Patriot was going to be hers) wanted to cancel the deal for we were very unhappy with the high pressure way we experienced. She was bombarded with threats after threats. They were ready to re-possess the vehicle and ruin my credit etc. etc. How can there be a repossession when they even haven't registered the Jeep which was and still is sitting in the dealer's back lot, un-repaired with a dead battery? Besides, re-possession is carried by the bank, NOT the dealer. I had had enough of this dishonest dealer who cheats then threatens customers that I wanted out.
