crooks I was looking for a car with $500 down. I was on fixed income of $735 a month, I went to a cheap used car dealer to buy a used car, said they couldn't I was looking for a car with $500 down. I took my van to Chapman on Sahara and explained my problem to Roy Roderiques, he said they were busy but he took the time to look at my records and saw that I was an 18 year customer of Chapman in Henderson and that when I bought the used van from them in February, 2018, because I was handicapped the salesmen put all the warranties on my contract for my protection. Roy stated that any main large parts needed to replaced was covered and that I also car rental was included. So I left my van for repair and arrangements were made that I could get a rental car. 2 days later I got my car back with the air conditioning working just fine. Thank You, Roy, for going the extra mile and helping me. More
