First of all you want to charge $275 for an oil change wihich is preposterous all other shops charge around $125-$150 for same service. You did a recall for my software update and also looked to see if my truck needed a replacement for the fuel pump gasket, which it does and said the part was on order, but no eta on when the part would arrive. When my truck was complete, your team lost my key and spent upwards of 15 mins looking for it while I was standing there waiting. Then once I was finally out of your facility and traveling down the 95 freeway, your brilliant techs that worked on my truck forgot to latch my hood all the way which caused it to fly up while I was driving Obstructing my view and almost caused an accident, which could have resulted in injury or even death. Luckily I was able to pull over for safely and secure my hood. What kind of incompetent people do not inspect such a thing before sending a customer away in their vehicle? Then when I called and Informed your team about the incident, I was told I would receive a call back from a manager, and guess what? Never happened. I guess it is the kind of service I would expect from a shoddy dealership like yours. Needless to say I will never come back to you again. Your lack of customer service and disregard for human life is unforgivable. More
