Service The service associate, Veronica was amazing as always. She is very attentive to her customers’ needs and treats each as if he/she is her only customer The service associate, Veronica was amazing as always. She is very attentive to her customers’ needs and treats each as if he/she is her only customer. The technician failed to remedy my TIre Pressure Monitoring System just as he did the previous time. It seems he makes repairs using the “Elimination” process. Let’s replace this and hope that it cures the illness, but it does not. The last time they attempted to fix the same problem, I was told that the valve stem was the root cause of the problem. I replaced the valve stem, to no avail. Consequently, I was sent home with the same problem I visited the service department for. He suggested another repair, but was only a suggestion and I was unwilling to spend $150.00 on a suggestion. Now I’ll have to take my vehicle to another dealer for the same repair. Again, Veronica must be recognized and commended for her dedication to her customers. More

Vehicle breakdown My Jeep broke down on 8/14. It was picked up late due to an incompetent tow co (777 towing) .that kept telling me that "he was on his way". I was in My Jeep broke down on 8/14.
