I stopped by Chapman Jeep to get a glimpse of the car I had seen online, as it had all of the features I wanted and appeared to be a decent price. I was excited, hoping this would be a better deal than I had seen at local dealers. The staff first started off with the typical car salesman games, fine, I am at a car dealership afterall. Next came the constant back and forth pressure to get the car. There were hidden fees, such as a $3000 "Accessories" charge that apparently is for asset tracking, wheel lug locks and tinting, none of which I need. I have insurance and I don’t live in the hood. The manager swopped in and said he could remove this fee that I was told this was required. The price was still a bit high for me and I wanted to compare with other dealer offers I had. After an hour going over the various financing options and reviewing all of the charges, I went to discuss the sale with my wife on the phone. The salesman smirked that the offer wouldn’t be here the next day and I needed to make a decision. I get done deliberating with the Mrs. and return to the entrance, where I'm greeted with the salesman and manager I had been working with. Before I say a word, the presumptuous manager simply says "The deal has expired", "fine" I say, not knowing what to think of this guy. He quickly takes the quote out of my hands and walked inside. I was dumbfounded. How unprofessional could this guy be? I was very irate, what just happened? I had told the staff at the entrance that his behavior was unacceptable and that I was pissed off and leaving. I left the dealer in a hurry, trying to shake in my mind how ridiculous the entire thing played out. Never again will I go to Vegas to buy a car, and defiantly not from Chapman Jeep. More

From the start I was treated like family. Chris worked with me with not having the best credit and got me into the Ram Rebel I wanted. The price was great and I never got pressured for any type of up sale. Chris and his team were nothing but super friendly, courteous, and did everything they said they would. When the financing came in, it took less than an hour after I got to the dealership to fill out all the paperwork and to be driving in my new truck. The selling price was great for a Certified Preowned and was given a breakdown of the pricing. They even ordered me a set of the Mopar Ram head all weather floor mats for free! $165 on Mopar's website. The tax, title, licensing, and dealer fee's were very reasonable! Most of the total cost of the fees were state sales tax. I checked that number and the sales taxes were set by Nevada not the dealer based on the overall sales price. No reason I would expect the dealer to pay the sales tax since they bought the vehicle used from someone and I have proof that they paid the state taxes when they bought it. The dealers fees were very very low. I was very happy with this. Again, the overall experience could not have been better! Treated like family by Chris and his staff, a great price on the truck of my dreams and payments that I can afford. I would highly recommend Chapman Dodge to anyone looking for a vehicle. More

After this last major repair, we visited the dealership to discuss what our options where. These cats stood up right on the spot and said "Whatever you need to be happy, we're on it!" They never argued or tried to talk us out of our situation. We walked in expecting a night mare and walked out as incredibly impressed and happy LOYAL customers. They did whatever it took to get us into a new vehicle. And they did. Salesman Rodrick was/is the coolest of all sales executives we've ever encountered. Ask for Rod. Jevaan was his wing man. (Sorry if I misspelled your name pal!) He did all the numbers and dealing and I never once had a negative comment from him. Cool beanz daddio! More
