I really want to give the service department a good rating but I can't. My first service oil change was fine. At checkout I understood from the advisor that my next oil change would be a year from when rating but I can't. My first service oil change was fine. At checkout I understood from the advisor that my next oil change would be a year from when I completed my last complimentary oil change. Here comes February and I received a text that my vehicle is due for services. I text back and spoke to Ian He says who told you that? He tells me he was going to get back to me. About 5 minutes later he calls back and explained I have till August 2023 to complete my oil changes. Now I'm glad he told me that the contract ended in August before I can use all my oil changes that was purchased at point of sale. I know that I had confirmed what he explained to me, assuring me what he told me was correct. I could have misunderstood him, but I know I had asked him I have to wait a year before my next oil change and I was told yes. That's when I put an appointment reminder on my calendar. More
