Bad customer service and communication. Low balling on trade value. And still mark ups on the new vehicle. They'll claim msrp till you get ready to sign the deal. More

We utilize data from multiple sources to insure that we are offering competitive bids on trade ins. We can’t sell our clients new vehicles if they aren’t happy with the valuations on their current vehicles. We do have an obligation to prepare vehicles for their next owner & that includes meeting safety, performance & appearance standards. Often the cost of those requirements are not considered when someone assumes a value for their vehicle.
