So, I was shopping for a car about 1 year ago and worked with Julie Schrader during that transaction. At the time, I was mostly looking at Subaru and Toyota, but I wanted to stop and look at some Hyundai p with Julie Schrader during that transaction. Most of the time, when you go into a car dealership there are sleazy car salesman who pressure you to buy then and there and who do not take the time to listen to your needs. I walked in and made myself clear that I was just looking. Julie took the time to get to know me, to thoroughly understand my concerns and needs, and she spent hours with me talking about what I wanted and how I could best achieve those goals. Now, after almost a year I returned and asked to see her again. She remembered me and seemed to genuinely care about how my last year had went. I ended up exploring a variety of models over 3-4 visits and finally decided on the Hyundai Palisade. During this decision making process Julie was kind enough to answer several questions over several days, to test drive multiple cars repeatedly with my friends and family present, and to again show me that she was more concerned about finding me the right car. Rather than selling me whatever she could then and there. After shopping around with 16 other dealerships and test driving dozens of vehicles, she was the only sales rep that did not pressure me. I was never spammed by her or the dealership either. Julie only followed up with me when I asked her to, and she was prompt in getting me answers. I will be bringing my cousin back to work with her and will buy my next car from her at this dealership once I can sell my old one. More
