Great service experience!! I went to Chapman Ford to have a repair done to my new Ford F-350. I was leaving the following day for an important road trip & needed the repair ASAP I went to Chapman Ford to have a repair done to my new Ford F-350. Wowed by service and attitude I called my usual dealership but could not even get a live body at 3 pm. When I didn’t get a return call (still haven’t 2 days later) I called Chapma I called my usual dealership but could not even get a live body at 3 pm. Explained my problem to Candace Garcia and we worked out a time for the next morning. Everyone was pleasant and accommodating for my disability. I never had to explain anything twice including needing a shuttle ride back to the dealership. They have earned my repeat business. More

2017 Ford Explorer Platinum Tire Problems Took my Ford Explorer to Chapman Ford to resolve an issue with premature tire wear and failure. The tires had only 22.000 miles on them and needed to Took my Ford Explorer to Chapman Ford to resolve an issue with premature tire wear and failure. The tires had only 22.000 miles on them and needed to be replaced. The tire manufacturer would only allow the replacement of the front tires at no cost to me, but not the rear tires. I contacted Ford Corp. and they only offered $90 for the rear tire replacements. I appealed my case to the service advisor, Tom Goodfellow, that was assigned to me the first day I took the vehicle in. Tom took my case to Chapman management and got me the full credit on the rear tire replacements. Chapman Ford and specifically Tom Goodfellow took care of the problem in a very professional manner and supported a customer that has been loyal to them for many years. At the end of the day I walked away feeling like my business was important to them long term and they did the right thing. Thank you Tom and Chapman Ford. More
