Great Service I went in on a Saturday to get my oil changed. Jeremy was very helpful. He told me how much it was going to cost and then told me they were busy and h I went in on a Saturday to get my oil changed. Jeremy was very helpful. He told me how much it was going to cost and then told me they were busy and had a two hour wait. He offered me a slot at 3 pm when they were going to be more open and I could wait less time. I took that option. The car was done in less than an hour and exactly the cost he quoted me (no high pressure upsells which happen at other dealers). I left and he called me to let me know I forgot my phone charger at the dealership. I ended up getting there right as they closed and he saw me pull up and went back in to get my charger so I would have it for the rest of the weekend. I am so impressed by this service, not only will I go back again, I will tell others to do the same. More

Treated Right Called Camelback Ford and asked for a quote for a trailer brake controller, they told me I had to bring my truck in for a quote. I waited and hour and five minutes for just a quote that ended up being $508.00, told them no way. Call Chapman Ford, spoke to Rosi who gave me an install cost then forwarded me to the parts dept. where I got a equipment cost and confirmed the part was in stock, made an appointment and had it installed the next day for $138.00 dollars cheaper than the chumps at Camelback Ford wanted. The time allotted was literally the time it took me to drive to Chapman. Tom was pleasant, courteous and knowledgeable. He arranged for a shuttle which was very convenient for me. Upon repair the shuttle was arranged to pick me up. The work performed explanation was very detailed and left me very satisfied as to the accomplishment of the task.
