The bad part of my experience is that I had to bring the vehicle in 3 times for them to finally diagnose what was wrong with my steering column shifter. The good is that I was not charged the first 2 times vehicle in 3 times for them to finally diagnose what was wrong with my steering column shifter. The good is that I was not charged the first 2 times for the diagnosis. The third time was the charm, the shifter was fixed in a timely manner and at a fair price. I will continue to take my vehicle there for service. More

Only complaint: My oil change and tire rotation took a bit longer than expected as I was the 1st appointment of the day and was waiting. We've been going to this dealership for the last seven years, since purchasing a used vehicle when our daughter got her license. Our family owned a small-town Ford dealership in the midwest and this is the first we've found in the Valley that has that same friendly feel and the attitude that building long-term trust is more critical to success than a quick buck. Last week we took our Taurus in for a minor fix--the brake light kept coming on randomly. Also, the emissions light had been on since the last time we had the car in for engine repair. We knew they'd cover the latter fix at no charge, but they also didn't charge for the new problem. More
