Mr. Joseph, I am very sorry that you had an issue with your vehicle’s heater core leaking again. However, as it was explained during your visit, Ford’s policy and procedures indicates that parts and labor are only covered for a period of 12 months or 12,000 miles, whichever accrues first. We as a dealer have no variance on that. However, being sympathetic to your situation, we did offer you employee pricing on the repair. This was offered to you as a gesture of goodwill even though you have only brought the vehicle in to us for one repair. We’re sorry to hear that you declined our offer.
