A dealership with class I bought my Ford C-Max Energy from Earnhardt Ford in early 2014. After rejecting a zillion of useless add-ons and extra warranties, the seller got me I bought my Ford C-Max Energy from Earnhardt Ford in early 2014. After rejecting a zillion of useless add-ons and extra warranties, the seller got me to buy a D-Fence GPS system for over $200. I thought it might be a good idea because I often forget where I park my car. But I was not told that this service required a subscription after the initial free months. Worse, I was not told that the installation required disabling the DLC connector used for emission testing. For the above reason my car did not pass the emission test this month. I went to Chapman Ford and explained to me what had happened. Not onlyt that, but they fixed the issue at no charge (and in less than 30 minutes!) even though my warranty had already expired. Bottom line: if the car sales division is as good and honest as the service division, your next Ford should be from Chapman. More

Timothy was very real, straightforward and worked with us so we could drive away in a brand new 2018 Escape. I would have given 5 stars but there were a few hiccups along the way (just circumstantial, not Timothy's fault) that resulted in us being at the dealership for a longer amount of time.
