As discussed with our General Sales Manager, the documents signed and the text messages between you and the sales associate do not indicate there was ever an agreement for us to absorb your lease-end fees. The reply Chapman Ford left is inaccurate and they're trying to cover up what they did. The salesman did not tell me they would eat the fees over text, it was in person, which I don't have proof of. That is why I said I wish I would have had her write it out or record it. They say things verbally so they don't get caught when they don't honor it.

I already spoke with manager after manager and eventually the owner, Baxter Chapman (before he passed away). There is nothing you can do to undo my experience. Chapman Ford was a horrible experience.
