My wife and I went to Chapman Ford to look at a truck that was listed online. The customer sales rep talked to us while they were pulling up the truck. we told him we needed a truck with more towing capa that was listed online. He listened and proposed to us more optional trucks. We ended up purchasing a truck that was way more than we ever thought we could get. they were still able to stay within our budget. the whole experience was great. We have purchased more than a dozen vehicles from dealerships and hated the experience. We will never go to any other dealership again. Thank You, Thank You. More

The Chapman Ford management did their best to sell me a truck on the lot for a good price but ultimately I decided on ordering a truck to my exact specifications. Once again, Michael Brill did an outstanding job with helping me through the ordering process. Over the past year and dozens of test drives at multiple dealerships in the valley, he was one of a very few that kept the customer first. Thanks again! More

Very disappointed in our experience with salesman Ahn today. My father and I were looking at a new F-150 and wanted to compare 2 engine models. When we had communicated that we were just doing our prelim today. My father and I were looking at a new F-150 and wanted to compare 2 engine models. When we had communicated that we were just doing our preliminary searches and possibly were not going to buy today, he disregarded any of our questions. We test drove the first truck and had returned to the dealership he said he had another customer waiting and did not want to pull out the second one for us to look at. Overall very unprofessional and even if a customer is not ready to buy today, they should still take care of them until all needs are met. I work at a dealership nearby and would be ashamed if any of the salesmen acted in this manner. More
