My wife, an Asian immigrant, went here to look at a Ford Ranger that was listed on the internet. Although we are wealthy, we don’t flaunt wealth. Perhaps the salesman considered her a pauper since she was there to look at a base model since it will be a work truck for our ranch. He made it clear they only had fully loaded models, “To pricey for you”. Who says something like that to a stranger? A potential customer?? He didn’t even take the time to introduce himself!!! No business card? xxx? Clearly doesn’t think she can afford a car! While I don’t mind dealing with crappy people everyday and I can withstand a little abuse, it really upsets me that someone would treat my wife, the kindest and most gentle person I’ve ever met, like she’s trash. Chapman Ford is advertising vehicles that they do not have in their inventory. nor are they available at all, nor are they on order to their lot - they are special order vehicles (and vehicles that you c have in their inventory. nor are they available at all, nor are they on order to their lot - they are special order vehicles (and vehicles that you cannot order at the moment). The fact that Chapman is advertising these vehicles (showing "5 miles" and with a specific color/model/package) is super misleading, and frankly, bad business. More

From initial order through delivery Michael Brill was pleasant and honest. Whenever a question would arise he would try to answer and if he did not have the answer he would find someone who did. There was never any typical dealer xx one expects. I did have to pay full MSRP and about a $1000 in add on but for a MachE that was expected. The price did increase after the order was submitted but the dealership honored the original price. there was no attempt to increase the price from what was initially agreed to. I was impressed buy Chapman Ford and especially Michael Brill. More

Two stranded strangers from N Central Texas with transmission problems and on a tight schedule. Tim ordering parts to be on hand at our arrival and keeping us informed. Richard making the correct diagnosis of the problem and busting his rear finishing the car in front of us so we could be attended too. (Teamwork) The professional staff at Chapman Ford just can't be beat. While waiting for repairs to be made,our visit with Milton Ward, David Kohler was most enjoyable. Jamie Palmisano “Internet Sales Director” employs the shadiest of business practices to bait and switch customers. Written offers from her were blatantly ignored and then more fees were added, drasticall shadiest of business practices to bait and switch customers. Amie was amazing. I arrived at the dealership early, and she arranged for a co-worker to meet with me and help with the sales.
