Show up, walk around the lot. Time goes by without anyone approaching us, so we go inside to cool off and grab a drink. No greeting even when we walked in. Figured they were busy until I witnessed employees leaning on the Ford GT they have parked in the floor room. We make our way outside again and spend some more time looking at more cars until finally greeted by someone. Test drove a toyota camry priced at 20k out the door, and the car salesmen tells me they won a 1st place award from their customers. Told the manager about no one helping us and people leaning on cars. And his attitude about it was for me to stop overreacting about the leaning and that "the cardio and sun were good for us". Glad to say we didnt make a deal because 1 hour later I bought a 2012 mercedes-benz e350 14k miles on it for 22k at DIFFERENT car dealership whose employees were EAGER to help us. Take note, get your xxxx together Chapman Ford! More
I recently acquired my second Ford C-Max Energi, although I had to drive it back from Florida. Everything was great except for one very odd electrical problem: Within about 30-40 seconds after locking the ca I had to drive it back from Florida. Everything was great except for one very odd electrical problem: Within about 30-40 seconds after locking the car, the alarm would go off. I then had to quickly hit the unlock button on the key fob, relock, and then it would be okay. I explained this bizarre oddity to Tim Beal, a Service Advisor at Chapman Ford. Not surprisingly, he had never heard of anything like that before. He was very patient and understanding, although he must have thought I was nuts because I couldn't recreate the issue until I drove the car off the lot... beyond strange! So, Tim said I would have to leave the car for a few days to see if someone, somehow, could diagnose the problem. Early the next morning I got a call from Tim saying the problem was resolved. He had researched a national database of odd electrical problems and heard back from a 'tech' somewhere in the U.S. that encountered the same problem and had the remedy. Tim had the car repaired and I picked it up later that day. Simply an outstanding performance! Thanks, Tim. More

He noticed my husband had a walker in our backseat and brought a truck up to the front for my son to test drive. At 2.9 percent interest, and with a 6 year old Edge with no extended warranty, I decided I also needed a new vehicle! Ervin kindly brought 2 vehicles to the front for me to test drive. Ervin was patient with me when I was unsure of the new Edge I wanted. When I asked him to run the numbers on the 2 vehicles, he happily did so without hesitation. I ended up with the Edge I test drove vs the Edge I originally was thinking about. Wendy Curtis in Financing was kind and professional. She answered any questions I had. I bought a 2005 Jeep Rubicon online with 83000 miles. The dealer was very professional and sold what they represented in the description they accepted my offer as well. Michael Brill who was my sales rep, did a great job answering questions and addressing any concerns. The GM was also very great to work with.I expressed my concern that since I purchased a vehicle online and had no way to test drive it as I live in Texas and they are located in Arizona, how can I be assured upon receipt that I will have the ability to have resolutions should there be any mechanical problem at time of receipt and a day or two to test the vehicle. He assured me that the dealership will stand behind what they sold me and allow me a reasonable solution if there were a problem. This was how I confidently closed the sale with such great professional courtesy. The Jeep arrived yesterday on 8/30/22 in superb condition of a vehicle 17 years old. The dealer completely detailed the vehicle, including the engine and engine compartment, the gave me a full tank of gas and I was informed by the delivery driver that the Jeep top was brand new from the dealership. My wife and I have taken it on the road in our neighborhood for a superficial shakedown. So far everything works as it should. Today I will test the 4x4 both high and low and also the air lockers that the Rubicon is noted to have as standard equipment. The interior was in excellent condition and had high quality seat covers on the front buckets and rear seat as well. All in all the Jeep for its age is as near new condition as can be expected and we were both elated and relived to finally have it in our possession. From start to finish of sale to delivery it took about two weeks. I found this to be acceptable as we live over 1000 miles from the dealership and had to shop for a reasonable rate for a auto transport company. Diesel Auto Express is who did my delivery and I highly recommend them should anyone need a transport service. They took great care to ensure the vehicle arrived in a timely manner and in the condition it left the dealership. They are an insured and reputable company with dispatchers who can tell you where your driver is and also provide the drivers phone number. This was a plus sines we live remote and wanted the driver to have local road conditions and route options. If you find a vehicle from this dealership that you want to purchase I would proceed with extreme confidence that you will get professional service and treatment. More
